Two HTS readers for the CF3 module
In December 2022, the purchase of two latest-generation high through-put systems for activity assays of compounds was finalized – the BiacoreTM S200 from Cytiva and Dianthus Pico from NanoTemper.
The BiacoreTM S200 performs ultra-sensitive radioligand-free analysis of molecular interactions of low molecular weight compounds (measurement of affinity and kinetics) in systems containing biomolecules, such as membrane proteins and receptors (GPCR, kinases).
The Dianthus Pico utilizes spectral shift and temperature-related fluorescence intensity changes (TRIC) for measurement of the strength of molecular interactions in solutions and quantitative analysis of affinity independent of molecular weight.
