Recently, the installation of the Opera Phenix Plus system manufactured by Perkin Elmer was completed. The high throughput automated confocal microscope, purchased for CEPHARES, is the first system of this type in Poland. It is equipped with 4 sCMOS cameras, which allow the users to simultaneously record up to 4 different fluorescence signals. The integrated dosing system enables imaging of fast processes within a single cell.
