BIOINFORMAICS
The BIOINFORMATICS module consists: In silico modeling laboratory and Computational genomics laboratory. In silico molecular modeling and computational genomics studies will be performed using the latest generation dedicated server for artificial intelligence, and a high-speed filing system.
Module CF1 is engaged in the development of advanced computational methods utilizing machine learning algorithms, in particular deep learning, which contribute:
- identification and validation of new therapeutic targets in the CNS,
- design of prototype drugs,
- planning of reaction pathways,
- optimization of drug candidate efficacy, toxicity and ADME parameters,
- prediction of the impact of gene polymorphisms of drug effects,
- meta-analysis of clinical and omics data to uncover the etiology of CNS diseases.
